Hi, my name is David Glassey, welcome to my blog.

I’m a 61 year old semi retired guy who had a successful 30+ year career in marketing, sales and sales management – off line in the blood service and newspaper advertising fields. In other words, I recruited blood donors for our local community blood centers and sold newspaper advertising to local businesses. I’ve been married 31 wonderful years to my best friend and we have one daughter.

In 2005 my career was cut short due to a near fatal case of pulmonary fibrosis and had to have a life saving double lung transplant in February 2006.
